Advertised Development Plans

159 Mortlake Road Development Plan

Council has received a Development Plan to be considered under Development Plan Overlay, Clause 43.04, Schedule 7 (DPO7) of the Warrnambool Planning Scheme.

The subject land is known as 159 Mortlake Road, being described as Lot 1 TP 917656V and Lot 1 LP92431 Parish of Wangoom.

Copies of the Development Plan documentation may be viewed via the link on the right. Alternately, it can be viewed during office hours at the Warrnambool Civic Centre, 25 Liebig Street, Warrnambool.  Any comments or submissions on the Development Plan are invited to be received prior to 5.00pm Wednesday, 31 October 2018.

Please note the development plan is not a planning permit application.  Under the provisions of the Development Plan Overlay, any future planning application must be generally in accordance with any endorsed Development Plan and will be exempt from notice and review.  The final consideration of the Development Plan and any submission received will be made at a Council meeting after 31 October 2018.
