Templetonia retusa

A small to medium attractive hardy shrub that grows one to two metres tall with greyish-green leaves and profuse deep red to orange pea shaped flowers. This shrub prefers well drained soils in full sun or semi-shade and is attractive to nectar eating birds, insects and native butterflies and is also a food source for caterpillars.
