Goodenia ovata

An open erect straggling shrub with light green egg-shaped leaves and small sprays of bright yellow flowers that grows 1-2.5 metres tall. This plant grows in full sun to part shade and will a moderate frost and some salt exposure. It can become straggly and will require pruning to prevent  this. It is highly ornamental for more open locations, adds a natural element to a bush garden, attracts native butterflies and provides food for caterpillars.
