A small tree will dull bluish green triangular leaves and lightly scented bright yellow globular flowers that grows three to six metres tall. This hardy attractive plant grows best in a reasonably well drained soil in full sun to part sun and will tolerate some exposure to coastal conditions. It can be used as a windbreak in the garden and attracts birds and insects. Pruning after flowering will help keep a denser habit in this plant.
